I have all of the symptoms of H1N1 but i have pain/pressure in my sinus and ear. My wife had H1N1 before I got it. Anyone else have this issue.

First things first, don’t panic, the media is creating a great deal of fear surrounding the H1N1 much more than it honestly deserves. Today I’ll discuss how to prevent H1N1 infection and survive a pandemic should it continue spreading.

My #1 suggestion is that if this thing becomes wide-spread don’t rely upon a vaccine to cure it, in many cases it has been found that vaccines will actually cause the very health problem they’re meant to protect you from! This isn’t including the damage they can do to your DNA and the mercury that is often present as a preservative. Vaccines are quite often the very cause of viral mutations which lead to deadly virus strains. Is that something you really want in your body? I’ll take my chances without one thank you.

Can you pass it on to others before you start to feel or show symptoms? Not only swine flu but seasonal flu.
